HONOLULU PEN WOMEN NOVEMBER MEETING

At our November 7 meeting, marine biologist, author, and all-around wonder woman, SUSAN SCOTT, came back by popular demand to give a slide show and talk about her ongoing voyaging with her beloved sailboat "Honu," her work in Bangladesh with Aloha Medical Mission, her adventures in counting birds on Midway Atoll, and  making art from ocean debris.  She titled her presentation, "When I'm 64," commenting that Paul McCartney knew nothing when he wrote his song about being old at 64. (He was 16 at the time.)  As usual, she kept us riveted with her stories and stunning photographs.  We're proud to count her as a member of Honolulu Pen Women!
